POP On The Street: I Spotted This Utility Wiring Today. Seems Legit.
Um... something tells me this isn't so safe. I'm not sure if it's the exposed wires, or that it runs into a hole in the sidewalk. Mind you, it's just a guy feeling. I'm not an expert.
