To raise Breast Cancer Awareness,Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â a new ad from Rethink Breast Cancer (RBC)Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â relies on a funny, hunky ad campaign to gain women’s attention: A cheeky series of shirtless men teaching the rules of preventionÃƒâ€šÃ‚Â in a funny and provocative commercial.
It also promotes a new app that prompts regular exams with – you guessed it – a male model-type to help out.
I’m all for humor, and even moreÃƒâ€šÃ‚Â in favor ofÃƒâ€šÃ‚Â preventing this disease. Let’s hope this good-natured approach, even if it’s a little cheesy, gets someone toÃƒâ€šÃ‚Â perform a self exam. Here’s toÃƒâ€šÃ‚Â your health!
