On the heels of such wonderful cinematic projects like BATTLESHIP, MONOPOLY, and QUIJA, MGM has decided that right after coming back from the brink of bankruptcy, one of its first film projects will be a live-action version of WHERE’S WALDO.
Yup.
According to WorstPreviews, the studio said in a statement,
“We look forward to making a worldwide adventure that will appeal to ‘Where’s Waldo?’ fans of all ages.”
Back in 2009, Universal Pictures was working on a live-action “Where’s Waldo?” film, but the project eventually fell apart.
And my hopes for the human race have just lowered a bit more…also because of people like the guy in the picture…
