(SPOILER ALERT!) Bradley Cooper to Cameo as Lex Luthor in MAN OF STEEL?

Up until today, it was assumed that Lex Luthor would not be appearing in the new Superman movie, MAN OF STEEL.  Well now, it seems like we may see a bit of the bald-headed baddie after all.

According to Worst Previews, while General Zod still remains the main villain it is being rumored that Bradley Cooper has been cast as Luthor for a quick cameo. 

WARNING: HERE BE SPOILERS, EVEN IF THEY’RE ONLY RUMORS!

CBN is reporting that in first draft of the script, Luthor is the one who forces the Kryptonians (Jor-El, Zod, Faora) through a Phantom Zone portal using Kryptonite. He considers forcing Superman through as well, but soon decides against it.

Again, remember that this is just a rumor for now, as director Zach Snyder has said several times that he wants the movie to go in a different direction and Luthor is more of the same.
