Lindsay Lohan Goes From GLEE Punchline To Guest Star - POP GOES THE WEEK!!

Lindsay Lohan Goes From GLEE Punchline To Guest Star

Even though Lindsay Lohan was once upset that Gwyneth Paltrow's character made fun of her on GLEE, apparently all is forgiven: Lohan will be making a guest appearance on the series.

Even though Lindsay Lohan was once upset that Gwyneth Paltrow’s character made fun of her on GLEE, apparently all is forgiven: Lohan will be making a guest appearance on the series.

The 25-year-old, who is staging her comeback in the ‘business of show’ nabbed a coveted walk-on role playing herself - serving as a celebrity judge at Nationals. (In the past, Josh Groban and Olivia Newton-John did the same thing. Apparently celebs do a lot of show choir judging in their spare time… yeah, right!)

After a long road of court appearances, denials, and missteps, Lohan seems to be finally taking her career by the horns. She recently hosted “Saturday Night Live” and might also be playing Elizabeth Taylor in an upcoming TV movie. She’s been on time for all of her community service at the morgue, and could be ending her probation as early as Thursday.

Ironically, Lohan was punchline on “Glee.” In 2010. Gwyneth Paltrow, guest-starring as a Spanish substitute teacher, spoke a series of pop culture references in Spanish in order to get the class’ attention. The remarks included: “Lindsay Lohan is totally crazy, right?” She also added, “How many times has Lindsay Lohan been to rehab?” Lohan’s mom Dina was quick to mention that Lindsay was upset by the gags.

Apparently, all is healed and forgiven. A hit show watched by your target audience can’t hurt to mend the scars!
