Amanda Bynes Has ANOTHER Car Accident

Amanda Bynes desperately needs a defensive driving course…or maybe just a bicycle…

TMZ is reporting that the troubled actress was involved in yet another car accident last night.

Bynes was driving in the San Fernando Valley around 8 PM when a car rear-ended her rental.  Granted, while it may seem like it wasn’t her fault (this time…), the driver of the other car claims Bynes made a reckless maneuver that caused the collision.

Cops arrived at the scene, but no one was ticketed.

Within the last 6 months alone, the 26-year-old actress has been arrested for DUI and accused of three hit-and-runs.

I could hear the ding-ding of the bicycle bell now…
