REPORT: LIndsay Lohan Racks Up 46,000 In Unpaid Charges At Chateau Marmont. Now She’s Banned.

It seems like wherever Lindsay Lohan goes, troubles follow. This time, it’s being reported that Lohan has been banned from Hollywood’s Chateau Marmont (a hotel and lounge) after failing to pay $46,350.04 that she owes them.

TMZ reports that Lohan, who is often seen coming out of the hotspot, was living there in June and July, and was doing more than her fair share of drinking and smoking.  An itemized bill obtained by TMZ shows $3,145.07 in minibar expenses. Other charges include $686 for cigarettes, and $100 for a Chateau candle. (which at that price should be made of angel wings.) The hotel’s manager is seeking full payment, which reach a total of $46,350.04.

Lohan was asked to vacate the premises with all her posessions on August first, and has been asked not to return until she pays up.

Lohan’s camp reportedly were under the assumption that her housing was being paid for by the producers of the film “Liz and Dick,”  which she was shooting at the time for Lifetime.

Lohan had just managed to slide by accusations of jewelry theft from an LA party, so it seemed like she was in the clear trouble-wise. But of course, as the sun sets on one day, the rises on another, and here we are.

Lohan turned to Twitter with her frustrations (which as we all know is always a great idea) just following the theft accusations, saying: “Whenever I’m doing great, people fabricate lies,” she wrote on Twitter in her own defense. “It’s such a shame.”
