The legendary actor appeared on “Good Morning America” this morning to promote his new film, CLOUD ATLAS, and proved that even he is not immune to the very common mistake of cursing on live television!
As you will see in the clip below, “GMA” host Elizabeth Vargas asked Hanks to speak in the same English accent he uses for one of his many characters in the film. Hanks obliged, but not without a little warning that most of his lines for that character contain swear words!
It turns out that the warning was important, because within about ten seconds, Hanks dropped the F-bomb! After immediately covering his mouth, he apologized profusely (and hysterically), and made us all realize that no matter what Tom Hanks does, we will still love him always.
