Jackie Chan (Possibly) Says He’ll Be In THE EXPENDABLES 3

Forget Nicholas Cage …the master of Kung Fu is now saying that he will have a major role in THE EXPENDABLES 3!

During promotional rounds for his new film, CZ12, the one and only Jackie Chan confirmed that while he may have missed out on Sylvester Stallone’s first sequel, the invitation was still extended for the end of the trilogy:

“Sly had invited me to be in THE EXPENDABLES 2 but I was too busy filming CZ12 and couldn’t make a commitment to the film. But he did extend his invitation to the third movie.”

Chan said that he only had one condition for showing up:

“I agreed on the condition that I will be appearing as more than just a minor role with a few scenes.”

Don’t get too excited though…while this news comes from credible sources, outlets are also reporting the less believable news that Chan somehow convinced Stallone to make the movie a “buddy cop” type story, leading to speculation that this may have all been taken out of context, or something might have gotten lost in translation.

But hey, if Chuck Norris can demand no cursing and less violence, who knows what Chan could get away with…
