Sure James Bond was cool enough to say his last name twice, but was he ever funny? Action movies can get a bit predictable with all the speed chases, shootouts, and unusually limber heroes who somehow manage to fight crime in a full suit and tie…which is why I always prefer a good, action spoof. The Spy Who Dumped Me seems like the perfect blend of action and comedy as it brings plenty of spy drama, but brings even more laughs with Mila Kunis and Kate McKinnon as the leading ladies. In the film, Audrey (Kunis) and Morgan (McKinnon) become accidentally involved in international espionage after learning that Audrey’s ex is a member of the CIA. The film also stars the dreamy Justin Theroux, who’s recently single by the way, and keeps the steamy-lead-male-in-an-action-movie tradition alive. The film is set to hit theaters on August 3rd.
