TMZ reports that Wednesday is another big day for Lindsay Lohan. The actress, still relatively fresh from rehab, will stand before a judge to face a single count of felony grand theft. She is required to be present for the hearing.
Lohan is accused of swiping a necklace from an LA jewelry store valued at $2,500.
If this doesn’t go away, it’s off to jail.
