Judge Keith L. SchwartzÃƒâ€šÃ‚Â insteadÃƒâ€šÃ‚Â arraigned forÃƒâ€šÃ‚Â another hearing on March 10Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â to follow through on the case, which alleges that she stole a necklace and violated probation.
Said the judge:
“I don’t care that you’re Lindsay Lohan vs. Jane Doe. It doesn’t affect me … This case does involve jail time. Period. If you plead in front of me, you are going to jail.”
At the next hearing, Lohan will have to decide whether to settle on a deal or not.
The judge alsoÃƒâ€šÃ‚Â suggested thatÃƒâ€šÃ‚Â LohanÃƒâ€šÃ‚Â have additional psychological screenings and therapy, and arrange for a 12-step sponsor that is not within her family.
