PIXAR hasn’t gone wrong yet. Next up for 2012, we have MONSTERS INC 2, and now we have word that the sequel has been renamed: MONSTERS UNIVERSITY.
As previously rumored, the sequel will actually be a prequel that tracks the origins of Mike and Sully’s relationship all the way back to the University of Fear.
Casting hasn’t been confirmed, though it’s being said that Billy Crystal, John Goodman, and Steve Buscemi will all be back (who WOULDN”T want to be back in a Pixar movie?)
In case you’re not liking the sequels, Pixar’s 2012 slate is also giving us BRAVE.
