If Diane Lane tells you anything about the upcoming Superman movie, ‘Superman: Man of Steel,’ she may have to kill you. But she did sneak a teeny tiny bit out… it’s amazing she’s a live to tell about it.
She tells EOnline:
“I’m really not allowed to talk much about it, I think, but it does cover the entire range of years, from infancy on.”
Holy moses – a slight piece.. just a tiny nugget of story information!! It’s no wonder why she’s not saying much. Apparently producers have put the fear of God in her:
When Jay Leno asked her about the blockbuster, she said even less: “I’m not allowed to talk about it. It’s top secret.”
“I had to read the script under lock and key in a room … You go to the offices and it’s a locked door. And the curtains are drawn.”
Lane plays Clark Kent’s mother in the movie. She later told a source that she was initially only allowed about three hours with the script, forcing her to memorize as much of the story as she could!
