Sad news to report today in the world of Hollywood romance: David Duchovny and Tea Leoni have separated.
According to TMZ, sources say that Duchovny and Leoni are taking some time apart, but have not decided if they will officially file for divorce.
The couple was married in 1997 and briefly separated in 2008 when Duchovny had a stint in rehab for sex addiction. They have two children together…a 12-year-old daughter and a 9-year-old son.
