For those of you who don’t know who Keenan Cahill is, he’s a teenager who loves lipsynching to popular songs. The Illinois music fan has Maroteaux–Lamy syndrome, a condition that causes physical development to be affected. All that said, it’s really about the charm and enthusiasm he shows for the music. Back when he lip-synched Teenage Dream, who knew it would become such a viral hit – now it has more than 41 million views!

Since then, celebs like 50 cent have appeared in his videos. He has performed on stage with Katy Perry. He also turns up in a Sara Bareilles music video.
