Beyonce said her final goal to reach was to have a baby by the time she was 30…looks like she’s going to do it!
On the red carpet at tonight’s MTV Video Music Awards, the R&B queen confirmed that she was pregnant when she posed for photographers with her hands on her stomach. Her rep subsequently confirmed the pregnancy to Us Weekly.
MTV also tweeted the news, saying:
“OMG Beyoncé just made a huge announcement on the #vma carpet! #baby!!!!!”
This will be the first child for the singer and husband Jay-Z.
UPDATE: We now have the video from the VMAs of Beyonce performing “Love on Top” last night, and at the end confirming it for everyone watching! Also, we get a great few seconds of father-to-be Jay-Z with a smile from ear to ear as Kanye jumps around excitedly!
