According to People, the “30 Rock” creator and star has given birth to her second child!
The little girl, named Penelope Athena, was born Wednesday to Fey and husband Jeffrey Richmond.
All the family, inlcuding Penelope’s five-year-old big sister, Alice, are happy and healthy.
