After months and years of hearing of a new GHOSTBUSTERS movie, we get some news about the franchise that’s really worthwhile! The original film, for the first time in 25 years, is returning to theaters!
Last night on the official GHOSTBUSTERS Facebook page, it was announced that a digitally-remastered re-release of the comedy will hit theaters in October.
According to a press release from the UK, the re-release will be worldwide. No other details about whether it’ll be released like TOP GUN and BACK TO THE FUTURE recently was (one night only), or have an extended run.
