First Image of Johnny Depp and Arnie Hammer in THE LONE RANGER
For months, now, we’ve been hearing about THE LONE RANGER…is it going to happen? Is it not going to happen? What the hell will Johnny Depp pull this time?
Well now, we have the first official picture for you! And it’s interesting…
As you can see, Arnie Hammer looks pretty suave as the title character. Johnny Depp, on the other hand, is…well, he’s basically pulling a Johnny Depp. Tanto looks more like Jack Sparrow or a character from a Tim Burton film then anything else, but hey, it’s Depp. It should be interesting, to say the least! All I know is it definitely ain’t the guy in the Indian costume below!
Gore Verbinski is currently filming in New Mexico along with Depp, Hammer, William Fichtner, Tom Wilkenson, and Helena Bonham-Carter.
The film hits theaters May 31, 2013.
