REPORT: Bobby Brown Arrested for DUI Suspicion

Bobby Brown, who has seen a lot more headlines since his ex-wife Whitney Houston passed away, is in the news yet again – today he was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence.

At around 12:20 p.m. pacific time on Monday, Brown was driving just north of Los Angeles when he was pulled over for using his cell phone without a hands-free unit. When they asked for his license, they noticed he seemed impaired. He failed a field sobriety test and was booked on suspicion of DUI.

Reports claim his blood alcohol content at least .08.

Brown already has a DUI conviction on his record from 1996. At the time He plead guilty to DUI and served 8 days in jail.
