The question of the Summer has been answered: Rupert Sanders and Kristen Stewart will NOT be teaming up for SNOW WHITE 2, all thanks to Sanders’ wife!
As we reported Thursday, Universal Pictures wanted to move forward with SNOW WHITE 2 with both its director and star returning. Stewart was contractually obligated to return, but Sanders was not.
Yet after the cheating scandal that rocked TWILIGHT fans around the world, RadarOnline is reporting that Sanders’ wife, Liberty Ross, has banned Sanders from directing the sequel and working with the starlet again! A source told the site:
“She just doesn’t want him to ever work with Kristen again…Rupert is obviously disappointed because ‘Snow White and the Huntsman’ was his directorial debut and he had hoped on building on that. But he knows his actions were inexcusable, and he’s going to have to listen to his wife on this one.”
While Sanders and his wife have decided to try and work things out, Stewart’s relationship has not been as clean cut–her boyfriend and TWILIGHT costar Robert Pattinson has reportedly moved out of the house the two shared.
In the meantime, Summit Entertainment is saying that both Stewart and Pattinson will be ready to promote the final TWILIGHT film, BREAKING DAWN PART II come November, obviously something that will be loads of fun for both parties.
