AccessHollywood is reporting that the Tony Award-winning actress will be making her way back to Broadway for a revival of Tennessee Williams’s “Cat on a Hot Tin Roof.”
Johansson will be playing Maggie opposite “Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson” star Benjamin Walker as her husband, and Debra Monk will be Big Mama.
The new version of “Cat on a Hot Tin Roof” (the fifth revival on a Broadway stage) will begin previews at the Richard Rodgers Theater on December 18 and open on January 17.
