TRAILER ALERT: Creepy Teaser For CARRIE Remake

New York Comic Con wrapped up this weekend at the Javits Center in Manhattan, but before they did, on Saturday, Chole Moretz (KICK-ASS), Julianne Moore (THE KIDS ARE ALRIGHT), and company showed up for a panel for the remake of CARRIE. During the panel, they introduced the teaser trailer for the remake of the classic horror film that starred Sissy Spacek in the 1970’s.

Chole Moretz has taken Spacek’s role as the gifted yet misunderstood Carrie White, and Moore is playing Carrie’s crazy, religious fanatical  mother. Carrie White is a high school girl with special telekinetic gifts, who is being bullied by some of the other girls at school. As Carrie attempts to fit in, she reaches her breaking point on Prom night. CARRIE hits theaters March 2013, and is directed by Kimberly Peirce (BOYS DON’T CRY) and is written by Glee writer/producer Roberto Aguirre- Sacasa. Check out the trailer below.
