Jon Bon Jovi’s Daughter Overdoses On Heroin In College Dorm
It is being reported today that Stephanie Bongiovi, the daughter of Rocker Jon Bon Jovi, was arrested after a drug overdose.
According to a press release by the Town of Kirkland police department, the 19-year-old Bongiovi was found unresponsive early yesterday morning in a Hamilton College dorm. It was soon discovered that the teen had overdosed on heroin and was rushed to a local hospital.
Heroin, marijuana and other drug paraphernalia was recovered at the scene and a 21-year-old male was arrested. Bongiovi was also arrested charged with “criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, criminal possession of marijuana in the fourth degree, criminally using drug paraphernalia — all class A misdemeanors and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation.”
Stephanie is the oldest child of Bon Jovi and wife Dorothea Hurley. A rep for the singer had no comment on the matter.
