As part of a campaign to change the way we watch movies, and offer new services, the Carlsbad based company is launching the service to the rich niche of home theater owners.
So far Universal is the only major studio offering their films to be premiered at home the same weekend they open. Other titles that have been available include Les Miserables, Identity Thief and Admission. Tom Cruise’s upcoming thriller Oblivion will be made available next.
