You know those moments when footage pops up online of some actor or actress as children, and the world today looks back and realizes…damn, they had it even then!

Today’s moment: Scarlett Johansson.

Despite captivating audiences in such movies as LOST IN TRANSLATION, MATCH POINT, and THE AVENGERS, the one role a younger Scarlett wasn’t able to get was the lead in the 1995 children’s classic, JUMANJI.

Below, we have her original audition tape, as she reads her lines to a casting director off camera.  Witness the skill and talent even at around ten years old.
