JJ Heller sings the soothing sort of singer/songwriter genre we haven’t heard since The Hills tragically went off the air.
Of her new music video, JJ tells Pop, “The video for ‘Who You Are’ includes three of my favorite things: music, community and food. There’s something powerful that happens when we gather around a table full of pasta, vegetables and candlelight. Even when our lives feel out of control and we don’t know what God is doing, we can look into the faces of our loved ones and see the goodness of the Lord. We can trust who He is and lean into His love. Sometimes sharing a meal means sharing our burdens too, and by the time we grab our scarves and coats to face the world again, we have some hope in our pocket to take with us.”
