This is not exactly what you’d expect from Lady Gaga…but really…does anyone ever know what to expect from Lady Gaga?
As the singer continues to put the finishing touches on her upcoming album, she put a little note on her Twitter, writing,:
“Surprise Monsters!: ‘Born This Way’ (The Country Road Version) will be released on Twitter tomorrow at 12am PST/3am EST 3/25.”
And that’s exactly what she did. And it’s actually pretty damn good! I will admit, it doesn’t sound like many vocals were changed, and the heavy synth sounds were replaced with a hell of a snare drum, a slide guitar and some harmonica, but it’ll pass for ‘country’. Either way, I enjoyed!
