POP Video: Bully Gets Bullied, and Both Kids Get Suspended - POP GOES THE WEEK!!

POP Video: Bully Gets Bullied, and Both Kids Get Suspended

-by Mike Finkelstein

It’s a viral video that has taken the internet by storm:

A young Australian boy, sick with being bullied, takes his bully and throws him to the ground. (And as you’ll see by the video below, it’s pretty intense…)

After seeing such a video, my first instinct was support for the kid.  He tried to stay calm, and the bully kept going, so you do what you have to do: fight back.  However, the school board apparently doesn’t feel the same way.

According to TMZ, a family member of one of the kids said that the bully was suspended for twenty-one days following the incident and the kid being bullied was suspended for 4 — since he was violent as well.

If that turned you off a  bit, just know that sources say the kid who was being bullied is handling the media attention surprisingly well — and is “very happy” he’s received so much support.  The kid on the receiving end of the vicious body slam did not suffer any serious injuries … despite the fact he came off the ground with a severe limp.

  • Aww, I feel so bad for the overweight kid. He’s probably so depressed and these immature kids always teasing him. I saw one of the bully’s friend confronted him after he threw the bully onto the ground and the bullied kid just sadly walked away with his head down and you could see other bullies waiting for him in the distance.

He should have hit all of them! Ugh, I hate bullies =(. I feel soo bad for him waaahhh
