Oh, the danger of fans…
Yesterday morning, Rihanna took to the stage as part the “Today Show” Concert Series, but before she got there, she started ‘S&M’ down the street. With that, there came the walk past all her fans. When the pop princess reached over to touch some hands, one ridiculously overzealous fan pulled her in, and didn’t let go.
You could see the moment below at 1:19 into the video. Luckily, Rihanna’s dancers stepped in to separate the two, and Rihanna didn’t even miss another beat on her walk up to the stage.
Rihanna performed ‘S&M’ in addition to ‘What’s My Name?,’ ‘California King Bed’ and ‘Only Girl (In the World)’ from her new album.
Rihanna kicks off the North American dates on her Loud tour in Baltimore on June 4.
