When a politician’s response to a question goes viral, it’s rarely a good thing. (Ask Rick Perry.) Or in this case, ask Republican presidential candidate Herman Cain… when a journalist from Milwaukee’s Journal Sentinel asks him whether he agrees with President’s position on Libya, he just can’t remember what Obama’s position is. That said – he seems to know he disagreed with it. The painfully awkward trainwreck of stammering and stalling is just another bump in Cain’s rocky political road these days.
