10 Celebrity Closeups Goes Viral. (You Might Find This Disturbing)

Depending on your point of view, you will find this either horribly cruel or kinda funny. BUZZFEED has compiled ten horrifically close up shots of celebrities. (Taken from a website devoted to the subject… the link is below.)Prepare to see your favorite (or least favorite) stars as though you were their dermatologist.  It’s both fascinating and scary.

Among the stars featured: Katy Perry, Goldie Hawn, Iggy Pop, Kirstie Alley, Jennifer Aniston, Zooey Deschanel and more.

One of your likely observations:

A) Wow. That’s a lot of makeup.

B) Wow, that’s a little more facial hair than I expected.

C) Wow. That’s a lot of makeup.

In truth, a good portion of the women here are wearing the right amount of makeup for being photographed with dozens of flashes, from a distance, on the red carpet. But up close, that can seem obsessive. Some of them actually look pretty good.

Damn you, zoom lenses!

In their defense, I would never want to see MYSELF that close up. It would burn my eyes (and yours.)
