Jack Bauer and 24 is One Step Closer to Theaters!
24 fans, get ready…Jack Bauer will be coming to your movie screens very, very soon!
According to JoBlo, Imagine Entertainment and 20th Century Fox have commissioned Mark Bomback, writer of THE WOLVERINE and SHADOW DIVERS, to turn in a script for the film by the end of the year.
The studios are hoping to start filming in April, because that will be when Kiefer Sutherland is available. It would also be perfect for producer Brian Glazer, who will be finished with the Oscars at that point.
There is no director chosen at this point, but we will let you know when one is chosen. Either way, by next Christmas, our gift may be Jack Bauer running around with a gun, killing some bad guys! *Starts humming Jingle Bells*
