CAUGHT ON TAPE: Cop Punches Woman With Special Needs
An LA Country Sheriff’s deputy punched a woman that witnesses described as having special needs. Then, he reportedly tried to intimidate the guy who took the video.
Both disturbing and disappointing: An LA Country Sheriff’s deputy in in Bellflower, California punched a woman that witnesses described as having special needs. (In the video below, it doesn’t appear that the woman was acting in a threatening or combative way.) Then, after discovering an army vet took video of the incident, the policeman reportedly tried to intimidate him, threatening him about any outstanding warrants there may be against him as a means of taking the cell phone and it’s video away from him.
