Report: Demi Moore Has Entered Rehab

It is being reported that Demi Moore has officially entered rehab.

According to Us Weekly, a source has confirmed that Moore began receiving treatment late last week at Cirque Lodge in Sundance, Utah, for an eating disorder and addiction issues. A source told E!, “She’s on total lockdown and only talking to a small group of people.”

The source continued, saying that everyone thought Moore was going to die after her disturbing seizure incident–presumably caused by whip-its–last week:

“Demi’s life is in compete crisis. She has spiraled since her split from Ashton…She is turning 50 in November and has no idea who she is or what her life should be.”  

The Cirque Lodge has also helped such celebrities as Lindsay Lohan, Mary-Kate Olsen and Eva Mendes.
