SHOCKING VIDEO: Woman Drives Car Into Grocery Store

I know, you’re thinking, “Again!?” (sure, this has happened before.) …But this one is disturbing. This time the driver, a 76 year old woman drove her Toyota Camry into a Florida Publix grocery store. Surveillance videoshows a LARGE group of people at the store’s entrance being slammed by the car… then they’re simply GONE, disappeared in the aftermath of the crash. A second video shows the car blazing past the checkout aisle. Witnesses say fellow customers ran to the store’s first aid section to get supplies to help the wounded. (10 were injured, and so far, remarkably, no one was killed.)

The woman was charged with careless driving by the Florida Highway Patrol. The investigation found that there were no mechanical problems with the car, and it’s believed the driver, who was uninjured, was pulling up to a stop sign in front of the store when she hit the gas pedal instead of the brakes.
