Lindsay Lohan is Off the Hook for Hit and Run Case - POP GOES THE WEEK!!

Lindsay Lohan is Off the Hook for Hit and Run Case

Seems like luck is still turning for Lindsay Lohan.

Seems like luck is still turning for Lindsay Lohan.

According to E! Online, the L.A. District Attorney’s Office concluded that there was “no direct evidence” of Lohan ever hitting the manager of Hollywood’s Hookah Lounge with her car and then driving off, as she was accused of doing last month.

As per the D.A.’s report, there was no evidence that Thaer Kamal was actually hit by anyone.  The report reads:

“Victim Kamal changed story and lack of cooperation with law enforcement make him a non credible witness…The fact that no collision is seen on the video and a lack of any damage to any vehicle or any independent witnesses make it impossible to prove this case beyond a reasonable doubt.”

LAPD detectives handed their investigation off to the D.A. early yesterday after conducting interviews and reviewing surveillance tape of the area on Hollywood Boulevard where the supposed hit-and-run took place.

I guess the only thing for us to see now is how LIZ AND DICK turns out…
