Raise You Glass, Pink fans! The pop rock singer is making her move to acting!
According to Access Hollywood, Pink is hard at work, filming her first ever leading role in a film in THANKS FOR SHARING. The film centers around the members of a 12-step sex addict recovery group in New York City. Writer-director Stuart Blumberg said in a statement to Entertainment Weekly:
”[Pink] could not be a more ideal fit for this role…She carries with her just the right combination of heart and edginess for the part of Dede, and we’re incredibly excited to share her acting talent with audiences.”
Gwyneth Paltrow, Mark Ruffalo, Tim Robbins and Joely Richardson are also part of the cast.
