According to uploader earthtouch, “this was filmed in Ponta do Ouro in Mozambique (the Indian Ocean) with the help of our friends at the Somente Aqua Dolphin Centre.”
The dolphin stuff starts at around :30 seconds in. Are you so busy you can’t wait 30 seconds? Ok fine.
