Sesame Street does great parodies of the pop culture phenomenons of our time. So it’s not surprising that their spoof of ‘The Voice’ take s a jab at the gimmick. But one famous judge is missing entirely!
A new clip shows host Carson Daly and coaches Cee Lo Green, Christina Aguilera and Blake Shelton – but Adam Levine is nowhere to be found. (perhaps they didn’t finish the tattoos in time?)
Best quote: “Finally, a singing competition that’s entirely about your voice, no distractions and no cheap gimmicks,” said by Carson Daly, just before the rotating chairs turn around and run over Daly in the process.
Aguilera and Green may be the best likenesses, Aguilera in particular because of the wind machine!
