DC and Warner Brothers May Have Their Batman For Justice League

Have DC and Warner Bros found their Batman for their new JUSTICE LEAGUE movie?!

Moviehole is reporting that MIRROR MIRROR star Armie Hammer is at the top of the list of potential candidates to play the caped crusader in the new film.  Sources say that Hammer was cast in the role back when George Miller was still attached to direct and was only a few days away from the first day of shooting, but everything was shut down due to the writer’s strike.  (Hammer never even got a photo of himself in the costume!)  Now that all the wheels are once again turning, studio execs may just want him back! 

While Hammer has a lot more star power than when he was previously cast (especially with films like THE SOCIAL NETWORK and the upcoming LONE RANGER under his belt), sources have said that this casting may only be for the JUSTICE LEAGUE movie and not for any potential reboots of Batman in the future.
