Charlie Sheen Donates $75,000 To Little Girl Fighting Cancer
Is Charlie Sheen the new Santa Clause?!
Just weeks after apparently giving Lindsay Lohan $100,000 to help pay off her tax bill, Sheen has now cut another check…but this time, it’s for one hell of a cause.
NBC News is reporting that the “Anger Management” star donated $75,000 over the weekend to the Hermosa Beach Police Officers Association to help 10-year-old Jasmine Faulk (the daughter of officer Everitt Faulk) fight cancer.
If that wasn’t enough, Charlie’s longtime stunt double, Eddie Braun, also gave $25,000 out of his own pocket, bringing the total to a cool $100,000!
The organization posted the news on their Facebook page Sunday, writing,
“Big news today for the Faulk family. Together, Eddie Braun and Charlie Sheen donated $100,000.00 to the HBPOA in support of Jasmine’s fight against cancer…All proceeds go to the Faulk family to support their daughter. On behalf of the HBPOA, the Faulk family and those who support children fighting cancer, we thank you for your generous donation.”
According to the Facebook page, a tumor was found in Jasmine’s facial tissues back in September, and she must now go through a year of “very aggressive medical treatment, including chemotherapy and radiation.”
We wish her only the best.
