Worst Previews is reporting that HBO has just acquired the rights to “Double Down: Game Change 2012” by Mark Halperin and John Heilemann. Focused on the Presidential race between Barack Obama and Mitt Romney, the book will be on store shelves late next year and the film will be released right in time for the 2016 election.
The only question is, who will be playing Mitt Romney, and who will have to do some P90X to get into shape as Paul Ryan? (Maybe Jason Sudekis will surprise everyone and do an awesome dramatic turn? You know you want to see it…)
