In my opinion, Justin Timberlake can do absolutely anything. The man is an actor, singer and dancer. He plays guitar, piano, and sports, and he’s one of the few things that makes Saturday Night Live good.
And sometimes, when you’re the man who can do anything, you need to relax a bit…
In a recent interview with Playboy, the singer turned actor discussed how marijuana relaxes his brain:
“The only thing pot does for me is it gets me to stop thinking…Sometimes I have a brain that needs to be turned off. Some people are just better high.”
Timberlake also says that after all the work he’s done since his teens, he’s coming to the point where he doesn’t mind stopping to smell the roses a bit:
“I feel I’m just getting to a point in my life where I’m looking around, going, there’s a lot to enjoy if I can just sit still, actually stop and take more time.”
Besides the subject of weed, Timberlake also talked about his ex, Britney Spears, and all the criticism she’s been receiving over the past few years:
“I don’t have too much to say about her situation. I can’t remember the last conversation I had with her…But this thing that happens online bothers me — these anonymous commenters…People think they can say anything and it doesn’t matter to people…I’d love to see the people who comment about Britney online say those things to her face, because they couldn’t…The internet is a cruel place. What a f–ed-up thing to do.”
Timberlake also specifically mentioned a video created that compares Britney’s dancing today to her dancing a few years ago, saying that a 30-year-old performer isn’t going to be able to dance someone in their 20s:
“In Britney’s defense, if you pulled up a video I did from 2003, I couldn’t do the sh-t I did then either.”
Timberlake could next be seen in FRIENDS WITH BENEFITS.
