Denise Richards Heading To 30 Rock!
Actress and one-time wife to Charlie Sheen is enjoying a comedy comeback! Richards, who has skillfully dodged a wild array of questions about her former husband in the past year, is celebrating a new guest spot on the NBC comedy “30 Rock.”
If you haven’t seen her flex her comedy chops before  – you might be surprised what a sense of humor she has about herself… check out her funny or die funbags commercial and you’ll see what I mean!
Richards made the announcement today via her Twitter account: “So excited!! I’m going to be doing an episode of #30Rock! one of my favorite shows!!!!!””
Richards, whose most recent recurring role was on the Spike TV series, Blue Mountain State, nobly turned her back on an offer of 100 thousand dollars to appear in one scene during the recent season premiere of Two and a Half Men. The scene would have placed her at a funeral for Charlie Sheen’s character, joined by several other women playing the roles of jaded exes. Sheen, as you know – was killed off the show after, well, all that mess you already know about.
No word yet on her 30 Rock character or the storyline.
