CAUGHT ON VIDEO: Miley Cyrus Jokes About Being A “Stoner”.
Miley Cyrus just celebrated her 19th birthday, and for the occasion, she got two surprises. First, at her party, thrown by Kelly Osbourne, she was surprised with a Bob Marley cake. The second surprise comes in the form of this video, which captured her essentially admitting to being a stoner and smoking too much weed – and is now all over the web.
First reported by TheDaily, the scene was the Roosevelt Hotel Beacher’s Madhouse Club in Los Angeles. Osbourne presents the former “Hannah Montana” with a cake in the likeness of Bob Marley, who was somewhat famous himself for pot smoking. Cyrus jokes: “You know you’re a stoner when friends make you a Bob Marley cake — you know you smoke way too much f***in’ weed.”
Osbourne laughingly responds: “I thought salvia was your problem, man!” – referring to the video that showed Cyrus toking on the herb, which is legal, but still produces a high.
Miley’s dad Billy Ray Cyrus was at the party as well.
