Her name is Joyce Evans, and she’s in Miami in the clip. If my internet sleuthing is accurate, there is also a Joyce Evans who now does her reporting in Philadephia… and went to college in Florida… could this be the same person years later? In any case, whoever was just saying what many of us would have been thinking at the end of a long day’s work.
