After watching this a couple of times, I think this interview was cut & pasted to make him sound that way. I’m not saying that Lochte is the sharpest tool in the shed, but this was definitely rigged to make him look THIS bad. I could barely understand what kind of answers they wanted from him with this open ended questions.
