FUNNY: Stormy Daniels’ Cameo In ‘Saturday Night Live’ Open

I don’t pretend to know everything that is going on with the White House right now, but I do take comfort in knowing that the White House doesn’t know everything that is going on with the White House right now. What I do know is that as each day passes it seems there are more twists and turns in the many scandals that have trickled down from Capitol Hill. Last night, Saturday Night Live did what they do best and turned the political mess into an outrageous comedy, and this time they brought one VERY special guest along for the ride…Stormy Daniels herself.

The open starts with Ben Stiller reprising his role as Michael Cohen, who is calls Trump from a payphone to insure the security of the call. Alec Baldwin, Trump doppelgänger extraordinaire, reprises his role as well and demands that Stormy Daniels be handled once and for all. SNL spared no expense with this open and had some major celebs pop in for a cameo. Martin Short appeared as Dr. Harold Bornstein and assured Stiller that as a doctor, he could get Stiller “all of the drugs.” Scarlett Johansson appeared as Ivanka Trump, along with her high pitched, comedically outraged husband, Jimmy Fallon as Jared Kushner. The show’s strongest contenders came out for some memorable roles too with Kate McKinnon nailing it as Rudy Giuliani, Aidy Bryant as Sarah Huckabee-Sanders, Cecily Strong as Melania Trump, Leslie Jones as Omarosa Manigault-Newman, and Beck Bennett as Mike Pence. The greatest and most surprising cameo, however, is made by Stormy Daniels herself. She gets in a few good jabs saying that she couldn’t possibly be acting since adult film stars aren’t known for their acting, and that the scandal could all go away with a resignation from the president. The bit ends with Daniels assuring Trump that “I know you don’t believe in climate change, but a storm’s a-coming, baby.” A bit chilling but still funny!

The internet has gone into a frenzy over the cameo, and the clip is trending on every platform. Take a look at the clip below and join in the conversation!
